QUICKSTART SERVICE BUSINESS SYSTEM (QSBS)
Terms, Disclaimers, and Legal Conditions of Use
SECTION 1 β DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Company means Reclaim Specialist, LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns.
1.2 QSBS
QSBS means the QuickStart Service Business System, including all related training materials, frameworks, templates, workflows, methodologies, sequencing logic, content, documentation, tools, platform-delivered materials, structural frameworks, and operational system design offered under this product name or any successor name.
1.3 Platform
Platform means the websites, course portals, applications, integrations, checkout systems, and delivery environments through which QSBS is marketed, sold, accessed, or delivered, including third-party hosting or delivery providers utilized by the Company.
1.4 User / You
User or You means any individual or entity that accesses, purchases, registers for, or uses QSBS or the Platform.
1.5 Digital Product
Digital Product means electronically delivered content, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documents, templates, downloads, tools, training content, and platform access rights.
1.6 Access
Access means the ability to view, download, open, stream, log into, or otherwise interact with any portion of QSBS content or Platform materials. Access constitutes delivery of the Digital Product.
1.7 Educational Content
Educational Content means informational, instructional, or training-based materials intended for knowledge transfer and skill development, and not the execution of professional services.
1.8 Templates and Tools
Templates and Tools means operational resources, documents, workflows, checklists, scripts, and frameworks provided for user customization and implementation.
1.9 Implementation
Implementation means any action taken by a User to apply QSBS guidance, templates, workflows, or strategies within their own business or operations.
1.10 Third-Party Services
Third-Party Services means any external software, platforms, tools, integrations, payment processors, or service providers not owned or controlled by the Company.
1.11 Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property means all proprietary rights owned or controlled by the Company, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade secrets, proprietary methods, frameworks, sequencing, structural design, system architecture, and methodology.
1.12 Force Majeure
Force Majeure means events beyond the Companyβs reasonable control.
1.13 Terms
Terms means these Terms and Conditions, including all referenced policies, disclosures, and incorporated documents.
SECTION 2 β PLATFORM & SERVICE OVERVIEW
2.1 Nature of QSBS
QSBS is a digital educational operating framework designed to provide structured operational methodologies, templates, workflows, and implementation guidance for service-based business owners.
2.2 Educational Product Classification
QSBS is an educational digital product and business operating framework. It is not a professional service, managed service, consulting engagement, or outsourced operational service.
2.3 Not Done-For-You Services
QSBS does not perform business operations on behalf of Users. All implementation and operational execution remains the sole responsibility of the User.
2.4 No Professional Advice Relationship
Use of QSBS does not create any professional-client relationship.
2.5 No Fiduciary, Agency, or Partnership Relationship
Nothing within QSBS creates any fiduciary duty, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Company and any User.
SECTION 3 β BUSINESS RESULTS & IMPLEMENTATION DISCLAIMER
3.1 Educational and Framework-Based Product
QSBS is a digital educational product owned and operated by Reclaim Specialist, LLC.
3.2 No Business Outcome Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees regarding income generation, revenue growth, profitability, client acquisition, regulatory outcomes, or business sustainability.
3.3 Independent Business Judgment
Users acknowledge that they are exercising independent business judgment and are not relying on QSBS as the sole basis for business, financial, legal, or operational decisions.
3.4 User Suitability Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for determining whether QSBS is appropriate for their industry, jurisdiction, licensing requirements, regulatory environment, and business model.
3.5 Implementation Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for implementation, business decisions, and regulatory compliance.
3.6 Not Professional Services
QSBS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial advisory, or regulatory compliance certification services.
3.7 Templates and Tools Disclaimer
Templates and tools are provided as starting frameworks only and must be independently reviewed and validated by Users.
3.8 Third-Party Tools and Integrations
The Company is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or security events.
3.9 Results and Testimonials Disclaimer
Examples, testimonials, and case studies are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
3.10 Assumption of Risk
Users assume full responsibility for business outcomes resulting from implementation or use of QSBS.
3.11 No Reliance Clause
QSBS is an educational operating framework and not a guarantee of business success.
3.12 Digital Product Nature
Access to QSBS constitutes delivery of the purchased Digital Product.
SECTION 4 β ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Use, purchase, or access of QSBS constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
SECTION 5 β ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION, AND SECURITY
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, provide accurate registration information, and maintain account credential security.
SECTION 6 β PURCHASE TERMS, PAYMENT PROCESSING, AND ACCESS DELIVERY
6.1 Purchase Structure
QSBS may be offered as one-time purchases, modular purchases, bundled purchases, or future subscription-based offerings.
6.2 Right to Refuse Service or Sale
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases where fraud risk, abuse risk, or legal risk is reasonably suspected.
6.3 Non-Transferability
QSBS purchases are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
6.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
6.5 Access Delivery
Access is typically granted following successful payment authorization and processing.
SECTION 7 β REFUND & DIGITAL ACCESS ENFORCEMENT POLICY
QSBS is a digital product. Access constitutes delivery. Refunds are not available after access except where required by applicable law.
SECTION 8 β INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USE RESTRICTIONS
All QSBS materials, methodologies, structures, sequencing, frameworks, and operational system architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Users receive a limited, non-transferable internal-use license only.
SECTION 9 β USER CONTENT, DATA HANDLING, AND PLATFORM USAGE RIGHTS
Users retain ownership of their data. The Company may process User data solely for platform functionality, service delivery, and operational purposes.
SECTION 10 β PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, MAINTENANCE, AND MODIFICATION RIGHTS
QSBS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features or content at any time.
SECTION 11 β TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND USER ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and software environments necessary to access QSBS.
SECTION 12 β CUSTOMER SUPPORT, COMMUNICATIONS, AND RESPONSE SCOPE
Support is limited to platform access, technical troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and product navigation unless additional services are separately purchased.
SECTION 13 β LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business-related losses.
SECTION 14 β INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysβ fees) arising from or related to:
User use or misuse of QSBS
Violation of applicable laws or regulations
User business activities or client relationships
Implementation of QSBS materials
Modification or misuse of templates or tools
Intellectual property violations
SECTION 15 β DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Venue and Arbitration Location
Arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15.3 Binding Arbitration Provider
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.
15.5 Jury Trial Waiver
If arbitration is determined unenforceable, both parties waive any right to trial by jury.
15.6 Time Limitation on Claims
Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, unless prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 16 β ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION ENFORCEMENT
The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful use of QSBS.
SECTION 17 β LEGAL NOTICES, CORPORATE IDENTITY, AND CONTACT INFORMATION

QSBS is a trading name of Reclaim Specialist, LLC.
SECTION 18 β CHECKOUT LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PURCHASE CONSENT
18.1 Required Affirmative Consent
Prior to purchase, Users must acknowledge that:
QSBS is an educational operating framework and not done-for-you business services
Business results are not guaranteed
Results vary based on implementation and external factors
QSBS is a digital product and access constitutes delivery
Refunds are not available after access except where required by law
Users are responsible for determining suitability for their business and jurisdiction
Users exercise independent business judgment
18.2 Electronic Acceptance
Electronic acceptance through checkout constitutes legally binding consent equivalent to a physical signature.
18.3 Record Retention
The Company may retain electronic acceptance records for legal and compliance purposes.
18.4 Enforceability
Failure to review these Terms does not invalidate acceptance following purchase completion.
18.5 Survival
This Section survives refund disputes, chargebacks, arbitration, and legal proceedings.
