Refund Policy

QuickStart Service Business System (“QSBS”) is operated by Reclaim Specialist, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for purchases of QSBS digital products and services.
1. Digital Product Notice
QuickStart service Business System (“QSBS”) products are digital educational products.
Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
2. General Refund Policy
All sales are final once product access has been granted, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
Because QSBS is delivered digitally and access is typically granted immediately or shortly after purchase, refunds are generally not available after access is provided.
3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate charges
- Verified billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind

- Failure to complete the program
- Business results not meeting expectations
- Misunderstanding of product scope
- Failure to review product description prior to purchase
5. Chargebacks and Dispute Enforcement
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after product access has been granted, the Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate account access
- Revoke access to digital materials
- Dispute the chargeback using documented access and usage records
The Company may maintain records including, but not limited to:
- Account login timestamps
- IP address access logs
- Course or platform activity logs
- Download and content access history
- Checkout acceptance and agreement records
These records may be used in payment disputes, chargeback investigations, or legal proceedings.
6. Refund Request Process

- Email used for purchase
- Transaction date
- Reason for request
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing typically occurs within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
8. Policy Updates
The Company may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
9. Relationship to Terms
This Refund Policy should be read together with the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
